
Mouthwash and vinegar
Mix a glass of mouthwash and a glass of white vinegar in a bowl with 2 glasses of water. Then soak your feet one by one to this mix for 15 minutes. Then remove your feet and use a pumice stone to clean the dead skin. While the mouthwash fights standing fungi, vinegar makes it easier to soften dead skin. You can repeat this method every day until your heels heal.
Rice flour, honey and vinegar
Mix 3 teaspoons of rice flour, a teaspoon of honey and 3 drops of apple cider vinegar in a bowl. After keeping your feet in water for about 10 minutes, rub them with this paste that becomes like a paste. While rice flour cleanses the skin, honey helps to heal stretch marks. You can also apply this mixture twice a week.
Banana
Crush 2 ripe bananas and roll them into a smooth dough. Apply the paste you have prepared on your feet and let it sit for 20 minutes. At the end of the period, wash your feet thoroughly. You can apply banana, a natural skin moisturizer, to your feet until you get the desired result.

Honey
Add a glass of honey in a bowl of warm water so you can put your feet. Then put your feet in the mix and massage for 20 minutes. Then use a pumice stone to exfoliate. Apply a rich moisturizer after drying your feet. You can apply this method regularly before going to bed.
Vegetable oil
Clean your feet thoroughly and dry them with a soft towel. Apply vegetable oil to your heels and fingers by cotton. Wear comfortable socks to avoid contamination and keep the oil on your feet all night. Since vegetable oils are easily absorbed by the skin, they also nourish the skin easily. You can apply this process every night.
Baking powder
Add 3 tablespoons of baking soda to a bowl of warm water. Wait until the baking soda dissolves and keep your feet in the mixture for about 15 minutes. Then gently rub your feet with a pumice stone. Baking soda can neutralize bad odors as well as prevent inflammation.
Aloe vera
Used in most beauty products, aloe vera is also a great choice for heel stretch marks. You can apply this process at night before going to sleep. Dip your feet in warm water and rub them with a pumice stone to remove dead skin. After drying, apply a thick layer of aloe vera. Go to bed wearing cotton socks. Wash it off with lukewarm water in the morning. Repeat this for 4-5 nights to see results.
Vaseline and lemon juice
Soak your feet in warm water for about 20 minutes and pat dry. Add 4 drops of lemon juice to a teaspoon of vaseline. After mixing it well, rub it on your heels.
