Never forget taking care of your skin start with what you eat and how you treat yourself and then the products you use. You will ask me why? Of course, it is important to use good quality products but if you keep smoking, eating junk food, not drinking enough water, drinking too much alcohol, and if you don’t give enough love to yourself even though if you use the best product in the world it will not work on your skin.
Protect yourself from the sun
Sunlight is good for your body because it triggers the synthesis of vitamin D within the body. Although it's good, you can't be under the sun all the time. Between 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. that you should avoid. It can be bad for your skin. However you can go outside unless you have applied sunscreen over your body and face, or you can wear long-sleeved shirts, long pants, and wear a hat to protect your skin.
Smoking ages your skin. Smoking spoils and causes it to appear wrinkled. This also kills the oxygen in your skin.
Treat your skin gently
For treating your skin gently first starts giving yourself love, sometimes we can be harsh to ourselves even though not to other people but ourselves. Second, of course, we need to be clean but limit your bath because staying in a shower is not that much good to your skin as you think plus it is bad also environment. Avoid chemical products, try to choose more eco-friendly and natural products as shampoo and body wash or soap. Shave carefully, don’t cut yourself or don’t irritate your skin. And after your shower doesn’t rub the towel do pat drying to your skin and never forget moisturize your lovely skin.
Eat a healthy diet
What is a healthy diet? A healthy diet means being in balance for example if you eat every time junk food this will not work for your skin, unhealthy fats and processed or refined carbohydrates might promote older-looking skin. Other than this you should eat plenty of fruits and vegetables, lean proteins such as meat, chicken and fish, grains and of course we should prefer drinking more water than alcohol or fizzy drinks.
Your worst enemy is stress you should reduce stress in your daily life. And the best way of doing this is breathing regularly, sleeping properly, socialize after work or school because this will make you realize that there is a normal fun life other than work and school so nothing is worth to stress and last but not least exercise such as pilates and yoga based on breathing and stretching.
